Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments
All payments for Kainex Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- > Your access to Kainex Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period
- > No further charges will be made after cancellation
- > Paddle subscriptions cannot be resumed — a new subscription must be purchased if you wish to re-subscribe
3. Refund Eligibility
- [check] Within 14 days of your first subscription payment, if you have not extensively used the service (full refund)
- [check] Duplicate charges caused by a billing error (full refund of the duplicate)
- [check] Service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours during your billing period (pro-rated refund)
- [x] Renewal charges after 14 days from the initial payment
- [x] Charges where the service was used extensively during the billing period
- [x] Charges older than 60 days
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@kainexpro.com with:
- > Your registered email address
- > The transaction date and Paddle order ID (found in your billing email)
- > The reason for your refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe there is an unauthorized charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Paddle's Role
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our subscriptions. This means Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf. For questions about a specific charge on your statement, you may also contact Paddle support directly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
